Rocky Creek neighborhood homes going fast

The new Rocky Creek Austin neighborhood, just 20 minutes from downtown on the southwest side of Highway 71, near the Hill Country Galleria, is being called Austin’s newest, most popular home development.  The development began sales at the beginning of this year and has already sold 47 homes.

Two home building companies are responsible for the development’s planning and construction: Highland Homes and Drees Homes.  When the development is finished, it is expected to have around 400 homes.  The homes range in price from around $300,000 to $600,000.  Buyers have taken notice of the neighborhood for its spectacular views of the Texas hill country.
