Garage door replacement increases to 83 percent return

Remodeling Cost Value  has done a report for 2010-2011 on the cost of remodeling certain areas of the home and how much they retain in value.

In the nationwide report, it was found that a garage door replacement was ranked second when it comes to cost versus return.  Replacing the garage door has an 83 percent return rate for midrange remodeling projects when it comes to the national average.
