“It could not have gone any better”

Hi! I just had to follow up on my experience with your company.

From the initial phone call Monday Jan 19th to the final handshake on the 21st it could not have gone any better.

Kamla took my call and was able to send Kyle that same morning. His phone calls with an approximate arrival time were very much appreciated.

Wednesday morning Kyle phoned with his ETA. Accompanied by Andrew, it was great observing two well experienced technicians working seamlessly on the installation of a 8550 Liftmaster.

They were also able to ‘tune up’ my other door.

What a difference! The new opener is amazingly quiet and the motion sensor to turn on the lights is an added bonus!

“Kamla and Cowart team get it right the first time.”

The home we purchased in August, 2009 was outfitted with unique garage doors – probably commercial. They had no safety equipment (cameras or pressure sensors) and were very unsteady. I called several “garage door” companies; many admitted that they did not have any expertise with these doors, and those that did wanted to charge a service call fee just to take a look.

When I called Cowart, I spoke with Kamla who knew exactly what we had. She sent a crew out to give us a free estimate, walked us through the issues, and provided a written estimate. They then explained what would happen and when.

It may seem that Cowart is more expensive than other companies when you first compare prices. And, they may be a little higher, but my experience has been that they are more thorough up front. That means no surprises, and you don’t have to worry if they know what they’re doing. Yeah, a door from Costco may be $600 less, but when it’s all said and done you probably save a couple hundred bucks – and had to beg, borrow, and steal to get the third-party installer to come back half a dozen times to get the job done right. Kamla and Cowart team get it right the first time.
